La Palina El Diario cigar
If you enjoy a great game of poker every once in a while, and while play you love to smoke a cigar. Then this is definitely a cigar for you. It is a very long smoke so it would work very with something like poker or even golf. It’s a nice cigar for those type of reasons because a few things. One, being its large Gordo size, two being it is not a terribly complex cigar so you don’t have to worry about confusing flavors instead of the game.

Appearance: It has a beautiful wrapper almost perfect with very few veins. It’s a dark chocolate color with a strong smell of tobacco. The triple cap is a sight to be seen it had to be rolled someone very skilled.

Draw and Burn: The draw on this cigar was a little loose. In order to get the desired smoke I was usually taking one and a half or two puffs. The burn was beautiful I lit it and didn’t have to worry about burn during the whole smoke. It amazed me also on how well it kept its ash I had smoked almost 2 inches before it gave away.

Flavor: I was surprised that it did not change flavor at all during the smoke it was very consistent. I am used to smoking cigars with many different flavors that change as you get farther into the cigar this one did not. It was primarily a very leathery flavor very strong. It if only about a medium bodied cigar but definitely full in flavor.

This cigar gave me a little bit of a headache it was kicking about half an hour into the stick. It is a very great cigar to have in a collecting for someone who really likes strong cigars. I think it was a beautiful cigar and the burn was great. I would recommend this to someone who was looking for a nice cigar to last about 2 hours.
