El Titan de Bronze in AZ

Antonio_MaceoWilly Herrera, the owner of El Titan de Bronze, will be touring Arizona this week to help promote his cigars. This small boutique brand was originally slated for local distribution but has quickly boomed into a national brand.

Until about a year ago, El Titan de Bronze was primarily known for manufacturing mild to medium body cigars. It was the decision to make a full body cigar that created a buzz with the retailers at the IPCPR.

El Titan de Bronze has approximately 8 “Level 9” rollers producing their cigars. Each is created in the traditional Cuban style and finished off with a triple cap. The rollers are limited to 100-125 cigars per day to maintain quality. Willy Herrera says he prefers a “Concentration of quality over quantity” and will take care of any cigars that consumers or retailers have issues with.

This cigar company was started by Willy Herrera’s grandfather, run by family, and everyone is treated as family. The name “El Titan de Bronze” comes from a fearless Cuban military general Antonio Maceo who was nicknamed after his “skin color, stature, and status“.
